Chive Fest

Chive Fest began with an $3 Million budget which included 4 locations: Soldier Field Chicago, City Park Denver, Seattle Center, Seattle, and South Fork Ranch, Dallas, TX. To make the “Best Little Festival in the World” stay on budget, LIFESTYLE incorporated both local and national deals. The multi-city event stayed within budget due to Lifestyle’s negotiations and management.

Like all events, Chive Fest is entirely unique. LIFESTYLE helped bring together the Nostalgia Tent (life-sized game of Operation anybody?), local foods, blimps, KCCO Beers, fireworks, cats, and enough glowing green to see Chive Fest from space.

HOW WE HELPED
LIFESTYLE provided a full range of production services for Chive Fest, from venue management and permitting to sourcing vendors, providing event staff on site, and staff travel and transportation coordination. LIFESTYLE was responsible for securing each venue and working directly with Venue Representatives, as well as obtaining permitting to host the special event and designing the site layout.
